What is Power Vu key?

PowerVu is CAS.(Conditional Access System) for digital television satellite System which is introduced by Scientific Atlanta.Normally it is used by professional broadcasting and used globally. This encoding system is used by Sony Pictures Network, Discovery Network, Bloomberg Television Network, Cartoon Network, HBO Network, Colors Network, and American Forces Network.

Basically it is the encryption system which is used by cable operators and channel broad caster to prevent the unauthorized viewership of digits material.

PowerVU key is used to decode the signal from certain satellites to make the chanel FTA (Free to Air)

How to Add/Enter PowerVU Key Option in Echolink El 7000 SIM/Wifi HD Receiver?

You have to follow these steps one by one:

Step 1: Select the channel which you want to open via PowerVU Key?

Step 2: Press the Menu Button from remote and go to Multimedia option!

Step 3: Press the following code 1506 on Multimedia option!

Step 4: Now the Patch Option will be enabled after you enter this code then press OK on the Patch Option!

Step 5: First change the case type from biss key to PowerVU Key using Volume button from remote now to add PowerVU Key press the red button from the remote

Step 6: Now add your active index/next index in 00/01 PowerVU Key and press OK button after you enter the key.

Step 7: Now your PowerVU Channel will be active
