How to Align Yahsat 52.5 East

Al-Yaha 1 Satellite was launch in April 2011.It is a C band and Ku-band satellite. It was first Satellite launched by Arianespace for United Arab Emirates (UAE). Its beam provide high quality free to air (FTA) TV Channels to its audience.



This satellite now have become very popular in Middle East due to its quality Services and strength of its attractive Channels.This Satellite offering many paid Channels Free to air.

Now Come to Point:

How to Align/Set Yahsat 52.5 East on Dish?
or
Yahsat Dish Setting in Pakistan.

Before we start to align the Yahsat 52.5 East you should make it sure either the satellite you are going to align/track have coverage in your area.After the confirmation you can start the process.

You should have the following material to start your required process:

• Dish Antenna   (2/ 4 feet) (Minimum 2 Feet)

• KU-Band LNB

• Satellite Receiver

• Audio Video/HDMI Cable

• Coaxial Cable

• LED TV / Satellite Finder

After having this setup all this material.

• Connect Audio Video Cable with Receiver and Tv
• Connect Coaxial Cable with receiver and LNB
• Now Power On the Supply.

After Power on the System follow these Steps:

•  Go to Antenna Setting
• Go to Satellite list and Select Yahsat -1A
• LNB Type should be Ku-Band
• LNB Frequency should be 9750/10600
• In Transponder Select Strong Transponder (TP) 11881 V 27500
• 22KHZ Should be Auto
• LNB Power Should be ON
• Tone Burst Mode should be NONE
• DiSEqC Mode Should be NONE

Note: (Receiver Setting may be little change with receiver to receive as there are many brands available in market but most of setting will be same.)

Now Receiver Setting is completed.

As per added Transponder (TP):

11881 V 27500

Following Channels will be received first:

Now there is time to adjust dish. 

In which direction it should be moved?

As we know Yahsat is located on 52.5 Degree East.

Now as per this chart we will place our dish between South and West. To trace any satellite following things are considered.

• Azimuth     (How much have to move dish left or right)
• Elevation   (How much have to make dish up or down)
• LNB Skew (How much LNB have to move left or right)

Now make LNB Skew like following picture:

Now move the dish between South and West slowly slowly in zig Zag (left-right / Up-down).After little effort you will get the signal very easily.

You can track this satellite on 2 feet Ku-band dish.

 But for the full coverage you should track this satellite on 4 feet dish.

For Multi Satellite Setup You can track Yahsat 52.5 with Paksat 1R 38 E.
